Hello. As each one of us can be faced with challenges, loss, adversity, and transition, sometimes we need a little extra support during those times. Therapy can be a safe space to explore problems, navigate new situations, learn additional coping skills, and understand where you may be stuck on an issue. As a therapist, I provide an open, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their issues and emotions. I integrate different therapeutic techniques to best match what may be useful for my clients and their specific needs during treatment. I am dual licensed in both mental health and substance use treatment (LPC and LCADC). I am also certified in treatment for ADHD. I have experience working with areas such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, trauma, low self-esteem, stress/burnout, and life transitions. I incorporate skills from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I am accepting new clients at this time.
